Aqualimpia Engineering e.K.(AQL) is a German company of integral engineering dedicated to the design and construction of CSTR (continuous-flow stirred tank reactor) covered lagoon digester, steel tank biogas plants, tropicalized industrial digesters and UASB reactors.  The CSTR lagoon digester is based on a semi-continuous flow of fresh biomass input that is semi continuously and optimally mixed in the digesters generating a high production of biogas.

Our system permits that the civil works (excavation, foundation, concrete works, electrical, etc.) can be built by the client or local companies. Thus reduce the investment costs of the project.

The agitators prevent the formation of crusts and foams that inhibit the process. Agitators increase the production of biogas.

Pumps for the extraction and recirculation of sludge that settle to the bottom preventing from filling with sludge and collapsing.

They control the pressure of the cover membrane and prevent it from bursting due to high biogas volume storage and pressure.
